Having learnt that North Queensland of Australia hit by Cyclone Larry which inflicted some people injured and heavy property loss, I wish to express my sincere solicitude to Your Excellency and through you, to the Queensland Government and people affected.

I believe that with the joint effort of the Australian Government and the Queensland Government, people in the Cyclone-hit area will surely overcome the disaster and rebuild their homes.
