Upon invitation from the headquarters of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Ambassador ZHANG Junsai squeezed in a visit to the headquarters of CBA in Sydney on 11 July while he was participating in the activities for Advance Team for APEC. Mr. ZHANG also enjoyed a business luncheon with the members of CBA Board.

Ambassador ZHANG took the opportunity to share his views on topics such as China-Australia relations, the Chinese economy and reforms in the financial sector. He said China is always looking forward to the enhanced cooperation between CBA and China to mutual benefits. In response, CBA members indicated their satisfaction towards CBA's collaboration with their Chinese partners as well as its business progress in China. They hoped that even closer cooperative relations can be built with China's financial sector, further facilitating CBA's business endevaours in China market.
