On April 5, 2012, Vice Foreign Minister Cui Tiankai met Jim Matheson, a Chief Deputy Whip of the Democratic Party in Congress, a member of U.S.-China Working Group and a Representative in Congress from the State of Utah, and Kurt Schrader, a U.S. Representative for Oregon from the Democratic Party. The two sides exchanged views on China-U.S. relations and related issues.
