Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Kunsheng and Mexican Deputy Foreign Minister Lourdes Aranda Co-chair the Preparatory Meeting for the Fifth Meeting of China-Mexico Permanent Bi-national Commission

On April 5, 2012, Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Kunsheng and Mexican Deputy Foreign Minister Lourdes Aranda co-chaired the preparatory meeting for the fifth meeting of China-Mexico Permanent Bi-national Commission. The representatives of the sub-commissions and the working groups attended the meeting.

Both sides made a comprehensive summary of the progress made in the pragmatic cooperation in various fields since the fourth meeting of the Bi-national Commission in 2010, discussed and developed the agenda for the 5th plenary meeting of the Bi-national Commission and the outcome documents to be signed.
